Signing Ceremony Radisson Cengkareng Jakarta By Carlson Panorama Hospitality

Jakarta 4 June 2014 – PT Carlson Panorama Hospitality, a joint venture between Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group and Panorama Group, announced the signing of Radisson Jakarta Cengkareng, the fifth hotel to be managed under the partnership.In addition, Radisson Jakarta Cengkareng will be the third Radisson hotel in the Indonesian pipeline for Carlson Rezidor and expected to open by the end of 2016.

The partnership between Carlson Rezidor and Panorama Group was established more than a year ago, to develop 20 Radisson and Park Inn by Radisson hotels in Indonesia over seven years. Since then, they have signed four deals including Radisson Bali Uluwatu, Radisson Batam, Park Inn by Radisson Lampung and Park Inn by Radisson Makassar.

This latest signing for Radisson Jakarta Cengkareng firmly establishes Radisson’s growing presence in Indonesia’s top tier cities and emerging destinations. Owned by PT. Prima SuksesMandiri Jaya, Radisson Jakarta Cengkareng will offer over 200 rooms. The hotel is part of a new 35-hectare mixed use development called the Cengkareng Business City, which has direct access to the airport toll roads and includes in an area of more than 263,000 sq m; 20 small office towers, 130,000 sq m logistic centre, 25,000 sq m entertainment centre and 20,000 sq m apartments. The hotel will have extensive meeting facilities, including a convention centre. Dining options include an all-day dining restaurant, a lounge bar and an executive club bar. Recreational facilities include a swimming pool, spa and fitness center.

The hotel is strategically located at very close proximity to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Cengkareng, West Jakarta, where upgrading works that will enable it to serve up to 62 million passengers annually. The hotel is also very close to several business parks where many multi-national companies are based and has an excellent accessibility to Jakarta Business District.
